The staff were polite and friendly and our room was clean the environment was quiet and cozy We had what we needed

The place was amazing, and the amenities were great. We used the pool and gym and they were really good. Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. We had a suite that was very functional with extra table and couch. Access to many places was easy and we did not experience the hustle and bustle of usual Istanbul traffic. The staff were friendly and helpful although it could have been a bit difficult to communicate with them in English at times.

the hotel was really beautiful, nice decor and very clean/maintained. the staff was very polite and always helpful. Breakfast was good, something for everyone. The pool area was fantastic and invites you to linger. The rooms were clean and not noisy. Everything was great, would recommend the hotel to anyone

Very clean and comfortable, sound proof room. Fabulous breakfast in a big area. Check in and check out was very fast and the personnel were helpful. room service was fast. with acceptable quality.
